Envison invited to speak on behalf of Conscious Capitalism

Envision was honored to participate in this year’s WSBC conference held at the Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. Envision was invited to speak on behalf of Conscious Capitalism alongside leadership in the B-Corp movement discussing the importance of conscious business to stakeholders in the global economy.

This year’s conference honored WSBC founder and UW-Madison Professor, Tom Eggert, with his retirement planned for 2019 and the transition of WSBC to its next chapter with WI Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP). In addition to those big announcements the conference offered rich content including sessions on Women in Sustainability, Sustainability in a Tight Labor Market, etc.

With strong attendance and lively discussion, there’s clear commitment to sustainability by leading Wisconsin businesses. The strength of Wisconsin business also shined bright with statistics of less than a 3% unemployment rate and companies focused on providing meaningful careers to current and new employees. On Wisconsin!
