Working remotely has become one of the largest trends in attracting and keeping talent in an organization. In some circumstances, like Wisconsin’s winters, working remotely is a necessity. So how can organizations offer the tools and processes to provide remote capabilities, while minimizing risk and maintaining control?

The RhB for short, a Swiss transport company, has operated on almost all the railway lines of the Swiss Canton of Graubünden/Grisons since 1888. This is how they connect their people when they are above, below or within the Swiss Alps.
