At Citrix, the Customer Success Manager is accountable for ensuring customers successfully adopt and realize value from the Citrix Cloud platforms. For the past several years, Citrix has collaborated with partners and customers to architect, build, and migrate their on-premise solutions to a modern and flexible Cloud model. With that, Citrix now supports many of their worldwide customers on their Cloud platform and many more clients are looking to adopt Citrix’s Cloud-version of their industry-leading solutions. Citrix Cloud is uniquely positioned in the industry to extend flexibility to clients as they pursue their own customized journey to various public, private, or hybrid cloud environments as well as increasingly adopt SaaS-based applications.
A key role in an organization’s successful migration to Citrix Cloud is the Citrix Customer Success Manager. This role helps customers develop and execute strategies and tactics to achieve the intended business outcomes they planned by leveraging Citrix Cloud. Since the inception of Citrix Cloud, Citrix employees have fulfilled this critical role. Recently Citrix selected a few trusted partners to begin a rigorous training plan and pilot efforts intended to shift this role to the partner. After successfully completing all program requirements and teaming with Citrix on several customer projects, Envision earned the designation of Customer Success and Adoption Preferred Partner which empowers Envision to fill this role on behalf of Citrix with our mutual clients.
