Project Manager

A Project Manager is a full-time member of the Envision IT Professional Services Organization focused on planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects according to the agreed scope, budget, and timeline. Project Managers act as the primary point of contact for client-facing projects and are critical to ensuring Envision meets client objectives for projects. They coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and senior management, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, escalating them when necessary. Project Managers help ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met throughout the project lifecycle and make Envision’s work visible to all stakeholders. As a key member of the overall Envision Family, Project Managers are passionate about Making. Awesome. Work!

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, and escalate to leadership, as necessary
  • Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and deliverables
  • Effective time management skills
  • Experience with project management systems
  • Certification in SCRUM or PMP is preferred

Task Highlights:

  • Work with consulting engineers, clients, and other project managers on technology projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client incidents
  • Collaborate with other Envision teams on client projects
  • Prioritize tasks, seek collaboration and assistance when needed
  • Continuous team and self-improvement through training, mentoring, and sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project team members to ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to client IT systems and infrastructure
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide the best solutions to clients

Endearment Ambassador (Customer Success Associate)

The Endearment Ambassador is the primary point of contact for Envision as a Service (EaaS) clients. This role is the voice of Envision as the client’s trusted advisor for the technical environment serviced in the EaaS agreement. The Endearment Ambassador understands and can effectively communicate to clients the EaaS offering, what the products and services do for our clients, the value delivered, and the threats EaaS protects against. The Endearment Ambassador maintains a current understanding of each client’s business objectives and how EaaS helps meet those objectives. The Endearment Ambassador proactively communicates with clients as well as monitors ticket escalation as applicable. The Endearment Ambassador takes lead on pursuing any lingering issues through resolution. The Endearment Ambassador primarily works with SMB size EaaS clients for the per user model. 

Qualification and Skill Requirements: 

  • Experience working in relative, and advanced, client success roles.
  • Experience driving a strategic client program forward with demonstrable outcomes.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions and convey credibility at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Positive outlook and desire to work as a high performing team member.
  • High aptitude for technology and facility in adopting and teaching new technical workflows.

Task Highlights:

  • Foster exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives and applicability of EaaS to meet those objectives.
  • Proactive communication with clients on ticket progress and path to resolution, environment recommendations, security alerts, and ad hoc alerts. This includes client consent for security exceptions.
  • Collaborates with EaaS delivery team to ensure smooth on-boarding and follow-on delivery.
  • Manages clients-specific services such as end user training campaigns and communicates progress with clients.
  • Leads data collection and presentation of monthly or quarterly (or other cadence) client Touch Base meetings.
  • Identify applicability of new offerings for clients and effectively communicate the value to clients.
