Stakeholder Value Seeker (Sales Executive)

The Stakeholder Value Seeker is a leader within the Envision business development team responsible for selling with noble purpose in the North Central region of the U.S. This role teams with Envision’s Cultivator of Connection (Marketing) to help identify and reach prospects that can benefit from Envision offerings focused on Citrix, Microsoft Azure and M365, and EaaS (Envision Managed Services). The Seeker leads the Envision effort to effectively articulate Envision’s value with prospects, transition prospects to clients, and then work with fellow Envisioners to deliver an exceptional experience and build long-term and mutually beneficial client relationships. The Seeker keeps current on industry trends, maintains a current understanding of each client’s business objectives, and aligns Envision’s offerings towards helping to meet those objectives.

Previous Experience Recommendations

  • Fifteen (15) years of business development experience in the technology industry preferred.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Intrinsically motivated to meaningfully contribute to stakeholder success.
  • Team with Envision Cultivator of Connection to help identify conceptually qualified prospects.
  • Lead the entire sales process from effective qualification through implementation in order to develop net new and good business for the long-term.
  • Understand each client’s business objectives and applicability of Envision offerings to meet those objectives.
  • Effectively and accurately articulate Envision’s value to client needs, preferences, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Envision delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Team with business partners for mutual business development.
  • Accurately report on business development efforts and results.
  • Foster client and partner relationships for continual awesome client satisfaction.

Endearment Ambassador (Account Manager)

The Endearment Ambassador (EA) is the primary point of contact for Envision as a Service (EaaS) clients. This role is the voice of Envision as the client’s trusted advisor for the technical environment serviced in the EaaS agreement. The EA understands and can effectively communicate to clients the EaaS offering, what the products and services do for our clients, the value delivered, and the threats EaaS protects against. The EA maintains a current understanding of each client’s business objectives and how EaaS helps meet those objectives. The EA proactively communicates with clients as well as monitors ticket escalation as applicable. The EA takes lead on pursuing any lingering issues through resolution. The EA primarily works with SMB size EaaS clients for the per user model.

Previous Experience Recommendations:

  • Ten (10) years of business development experience in the technology industry preferred.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand each client's business objectives and applicability of EaaS to meet those objectives.
  • Proactive communication with clients on ticket progress and path to resolution, environment recommendations, security alerts, and ad hoc alerts. This includes client consent for security exceptions.
  • Collaborates with EaaS delivery team to ensure smooth on-boarding and follow-on delivery.
  • Manages clients-specific services such as end user training campaigns and communicates progress with clients.
  • Leads data collection and presentation of monthly or quarterly (or other cadence) client Touch Base meetings.
  • Identify applicability of new offerings for clients and effectively communicate the value to clients.

Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer is a strategic technical position within Envision. This position is responsible for the research, design, implementation, and troubleshooting of Citrix and Microsoft solutions for Envision and client business needs. Document project deliverables, troubleshooting/operations procedures, and user guidance. As a key member of the overall Envision Family, you are passionate about Making. Awesome. Work!

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

  • Six (6) years of consulting experience preferred
  • Growth mindset

  • Typical certifications for these qualifications include:
    • Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
    • Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V)
    • Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud Certified (CC-DaaS-CC)
    • Azure Administrator Associate
    • Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Task Highlights:

  • Foster exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Effectively work and communicate as part of a team.
  • Escalate issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels.
  • Communicate with customers and Envision teammates: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc.
  • Maintain specific knowledge of the customer and how our services relate to their business strategy and goals.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Citrix and Microsoft solutions and how it relates to customer’s needs.
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
  • Partner with other Envision teams through mentorship and issue escalation.
