Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for using the Envision IT invoice payment system. Terms of the payment are US Dollars and dependent on the services and as noted on the invoice provided. Please refer to the scope of work or your master services agreement which details terms of fulfillment. Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is related to a signed agreement, statement of work, or statement of engagement, please refer to the signed document and contact your sales representative directly. For an on-site service cancellation, please contact support at 608-824-2060 as soon as you can to re-schedule.

Refund Policy

Upon refund approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
